We’ve all had our ducks cleaned at one time or another, but when I called upon the duck cleaning specialist late one Friday night, because of an issue I was having with my ducks, I certainly didn’t expect immediate service response. Paul himself, the owner was quick to reply and set up an appointment with me remotely. I found this extremely professional. A couple days later, I received another text informing me. He would be there in 10 minutes. Sure enough PAUL drove up in the truck himself, introduced himself and went right to work. He listened to my concerns and pinpointed the problem right away. In fact, the job ended up being much less than I expected, and in his own words, he didn’t want to charge me for something I didn’t need. Now that’s the duck cleaning service company. I would hire any day for my home. Not only was he punctual, and arrive on time when he said he would, but his service was simply over the top in a polite and professional and honest manner. Hadn't had a duct cleaning for several years and was nervous based on the number of oversea's calls i get to get them done . Duct Cleaning Specialists is a Canadian company and they do a great job . Paul was very good in explaining the process , he was very informative. The process was a few hours cleaned the dryer vent as well , they did a good job in preparing and ensuring the front door was covered to help keep the cold air to a minimum. Would highly recommend this company , they were referred to me by someone and i don't regret using them .
