Paul was amazing! Very easy to talk to. Showed up in the time frame he provided. He came prepared and walked me through what he was going to do step by step. Shortly after he started, he showed me a video of the before, during and after from one of the ducts so I understood the process and saw the results. Jonathan was very polite and tidy. He arrived on time and went straight to work. He protected corners for the vacuum and took his shoes off as he came and went. We hadn’t had our ducts cleaned since completing a renovation project and welcoming our frequently shedding dog into our home. A friend recommended the Duct Cleaning Specialists and we gave them a call. We found their prices reasonable and opted to add cleaning of the dryer vent and furnace coil. They were flexible on scheduling and happily changed our scheduled date when a conflict arose for us. Bobby arrived during the window scheduled and after viewing the furnace room got right to work. In all it took close to 3 hours. Throughout the process Bobby was respectful of our home, asking for permission before heading upstairs to the bedrooms. Our home was left in clean condition with no outward evidence that he had been there. On Bobby reporting to the owner that our furnace coil did not really need cleaning the owner offered to remove that portion of the charge from our bill. We were pleased with the work performed and the honesty in adjusting the charges. We do not hesitate to recommend the Duct Cleaning Specialists for a job well done.

I had my duct cleaning today and it went smoothly. Paul arrived during the given 2 hour time frame with his colleague Johnny and they were both very personable and friendly - cleaned up after themselves, and Paul even gave me some tips on maintaining my home humidifier system.
