He is far and away one of the best service technicians I have ever dealt with. He is honest, punctual, highly experienced, friendly, and determined to do the job as best as one could expect. To top it off his prices are extremely competitive and reasonable. It turned out that we had developed a serious problem with our dryer vent that had accumulated over many years. Paul went above and beyond to fix the problem without delay, to our complete satisfaction, at surprisingly reasonable cost.
